Part of the community

Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group is committed to building meaningful relationships with our stakeholders. We are proud of our involvement in the community and support of local initiatives.

Communicating with stakeholders is an important part of our ongoing operations. Members of the community are welcome to be part of the conversation.

Newcastle Coal is contributing to the community in positive ways. We are focused on improving our environment and investing in the local community through in-kind and financial support. We encourage feedback from community members and seek opportunities for involvement in our operations.

We understand that our operations have the potential to impact on the surrounding environment and suburbs. Our commitment to the community is to manage these impacts responsibly and effectively. As part of this, we seek opportunities for the community to get involved and have meaningful input in this process.

Whether it be providing feedback through the website, inquiries line, in person or getting involved in a local community meetings, engagement is the key to ensuring we have positive two-way communication with our external stakeholders.
